Vendor Representative

The Tri-State Vendor Representative is a one year commitment.
The Tri-State Bookstore Association Vendor Representative represents the vendor members of the Association to address their needs and interests. The Vendor Representative assists the host committee with the planning of the vendor show at the annual meeting.

Vendor Representative Roles

1.  Reach out to vendors who decide not to renew their membership
2.  Encourage new vendor members to join Tri-State
3. Help with targeted communications to vendor members
4. Bring Vendor concerns to the Executive Committee
5. Work with Tri-State on occasional vendor surveys
6.  Work on Trade Show communications to vendors including information on:

• Show fees
  
• Facility needs
  
• Load in instructions
  
• Parking
  
• Show promotoins
  
• Membership prizes
  
• Sponsorship opportunities
